New orientation classes begin every two weeks. You will be scheduled to begin orientation in the next available time slot. Your confirmed start date will be emailed to you, and an Ascend team member will go over details with you during your in-person onboarding appointment.
Remember, to attend orientation you must have completed several steps including:
- Completed your Onboarding in Paylocity where you set up your direct deposit and W2 information
- You’ve been fingerprinted, and Ascend has received the results
- You have had a TB skin test and sent the results to Ascend
- You have attended your in-person onboarding appointment
- You have submitted your proof of education, and for professional license holders, a copy of your pocket license
- You have uploaded proof of COVID-19 vaccination or provided your exemption explanation
- You’ve given Ascend a copy of your driver’s license and auto insurance, if required
